1.Shipping Information

We currently offer shipping to Singapore and Malaysia. All orders are packed with care and shipped out as quickly as possible.

2.How much does shipping cost?

Singapore

  • Standard Shipping: from S$1.99

  • Final shipping cost may vary depending on the weight of your items.

Malaysia

  • Standard Shipping: from S$5.70

  • Final shipping cost will be calculated based on the actual weight of your order.

 

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout for your convenience.

3.Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days.

  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

4.Delivery Time

Singapore

  • Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Malaysia

  • Estimated delivery: 5–30 working days after dispatch.

 

Delivery times may vary depending on courier schedules, public holidays, and destination areas.

5.Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your delivery status.

6.Missing / Wrong / Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, or if your parcel is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’re here to assist and will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
